October 13, 2017 - Nanoparticle sizing, protein buffer optimization for crystallization, biotherapeutic stability evaluation, critical aggregation or micelle concentration. These are some of the more common applications and uses of the DynaPro® Plate Reader, including the just-launched Plate Reader III. But, some of our Plate Reader customers are far more creative than the average scientist.

September 19, 2017 - We are pleased to announce that Prof. Stuart Rowan is our Featured Customer for September 2017. As Professor of Molecular Engineering at the University of Chicago’s Institute for Molecular Engineering, Dr. Rowan’s research focuses on the construction and properties of structurally-dynamic polymeric materials such as self-healing materials. He and his group study metallosupramolecular and stimuli-responsive polymers, cellulose nanocrystals in biomimetic and porous systems, and reversible covalent chemistry.

August 10, 2017 - It was our pleasure to host Prof. Christopher Ellison at the June LSU (Light Scattering University) course–held, as always, at Wyatt’s headquarters in beautiful Santa Barbara, California. As Piercy Professor of Chemical Engineering and Materials Science at the University of Minnesota, Dr. Ellison’s research pushes the boundaries of molecular architecture: he and his group create and investigate nanostructured polymeric systems for a wide array of advanced applications including photolithography, microelectronic device design, battery design, and general nano-scale manufacturing.
